Beau Beemsterboer is an established presence in the Pittsburgh entrepreneurial community who led Modern Wall Systems, LP, from 2015 to 2024. He managed the commercial contracting aspects of high-profile real estate developments, including the construction of office buildings such as One Waterfront Place and 225 Blvd. of the Allies. Beau Beemsterboer also coordinated the building of a Desmone and Associates headquarters at 3400 Butler Street and of the St. Louise de Marillac School.

As owner’s representative and manager with St. Clair Management, Inc., Beau Beemsterboer directed the real estate acquisition and development activities of self-made business leader Ed Dunlap. He actively sourced projects with high ROI potential and oversaw everything from government approvals to permitting and design entitlements. He has managed various projects that added value to existing properties such as tenant fit-outs, amenity spaces, and full building renovations.

Beau Beemsterboer is an avid fisherman and white water rafter who was a raft guide while attending the University of Colorado Boulder. He completed a 24-day self-supported trip down the length of the Colorado River. Maintaining certification as a Wilderness First Responder, he has provided life-saving support to dozens of people on the trail.
